What You'll Do:

• Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with order processing, shipment coordination, and handling returns and RMAs.

• Maintain accurate records in the Data Works system to ensure seamless operations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and elevate the customer experience.

• Support both domestic and international clients, adapting to diverse customer needs.

• Take on additional responsibilities and participate in special projects as required to support team success.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Strong typing skills with at least 45 WPM and excellent accuracy.

• Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality.

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, delivering outstanding service even in challenging situations.

Training Schedule:

• Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

• Weeks 2–3: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Week 4: Transition to your assigned schedule.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
