Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, tack, and weld components utilizing blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Assemble and install turbine and compressor parts efficiently and precisely, maintaining high quality standards.
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to support daily operations.
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5+ years' welding and/or mechanical assembly experience.
Proficiency in welding techniques, with GTAW experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication processes.
Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $35.86 per hour
