Welder / Mechanical Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, tack, and weld components utilizing blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

• Assemble and install turbine and compressor parts efficiently and precisely, maintaining high quality standards.

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to support daily operations.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5+ years' welding and/or mechanical assembly experience.

• Proficiency in welding techniques, with GTAW experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication processes.

• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $35.86 per hour
