Welder / Mechanical Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, tack, and weld components in accordance with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics, ensuring strict adherence to specifications.

• Assemble and install turbine and compressor parts accurately and efficiently, maintaining high quality standards.

• Inspect, repair, and perform routine maintenance on mechanical components to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to support daily operations.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to streamline workflow processes and promptly resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 5+ years of welding and/or mechanical assembly experience.

• Proficiency in various welding techniques, with GTAW experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of measurement tools and fabrication processes.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $35.86 per hour
