Key Responsibilities

• Assist the medical doctor during patient evaluations and assessments, actively participating in identifying patient needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the physician to create tailored treatment plans, implementing interventions under their guidance.
• Conduct essential medical tasks, including taking vital signs—such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature—and administering injections as needed.
• Meticulously maintain patient records, updating medical charts to reflect their treatment journey and progress accurately.
• Proactively communicate with patients, providing clear, empathetic answers to their inquiries and fostering a supportive dialogue regarding their healthcare.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and alerting the physician to any significant developments that may require intervention.
• Assist in the efficient management of office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of patients and minimizing wait times.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the office, creating an inviting and comfortable space for patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits
