Financial Analyst - Kodiak/Crowe Experience Required

The Senior Net Revenue Analyst position requires candidates to have Kodiak (Crowe) experience. This role is focused on net revenue analysis and requires a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience. The analyst will support the financial close process, analyze financial data, and contribute to the development of accounting methodologies. Responsibilities

• Lead level analyst; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff
• Support the monthly financial close process with a focus on data accuracy and trend modeling
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends for management decision-making
• Contribute to the development of accounting reserve methodologies
• Prepare schedules for financial reporting to external sources, including auditors
• Understand the relationships and dependencies in the revenue cycle and reimbursement sources
• Prepare Managed Care contract performance trending reports
• Liaise with departments across the organization, including finance executives
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects and net revenue software implementations
• Stay informed of government and commercial reimbursement and regulatory changes

Salary: $99,000.00 per year
