Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is a leading North American provider of midstream energy services, with assets including pipelines, storage, and transportation facilities. We are seeking an Identity & Access Security Engineer to join our IT Security & Compliance team, focusing on managing risk through architecting, engineering, and administering our identity and access management systems.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in identity architecture, owning identity management processes, and assisting application teams with integrations such as LDAP and SAML. They will collaborate across departments to enhance security practices and develop standards for identity and access management. Responsibilities include:

  1. Participating in projects related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Multifactor Authentication (MFA), including lifecycle management, access provisioning, compliance, and certification.
  2. Documenting processes, standards, configurations, and system architecture diagrams.
  3. Developing and executing test plans and cases, performing testing, and supporting system administration.
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  5. Providing 24x7 support for problem resolution and conducting root cause analysis.
  6. Supporting change management and monitoring system updates outside of business hours.
  7. Engaging in additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  1. A college or technical degree (preferred).
  2. Relevant certifications (preferred).
  3. Experience with privileged access management tools (CyberArk, Thycotic, etc.), identity governance tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.), Windows Active Directory, and LDAP.
  4. Background in IT infrastructure and applications, supporting large enterprise environments.
  5. At least 3 years of professional experience in privileged access management, identity governance, and directory services.
  6. Experience with multifactor authentication and federation protocols (SAML, WS-FED, OAUTH).
  7. Knowledge of Oracle Access Manager, Powershell, SQL, Oracle, Java, C# (preferred).
  8. Self-motivated with strong organizational, project management, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
