A fast-growing U.S. manufacturer is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at its Houston-area facility. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a workforce of over 300 employees in a lean, high-growth environment.
Human Resources Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- Salary range: $95,000 – $110,000

Human Resources Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. institution (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing payroll and benefits administration (ADP strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage healthcare and retirement/401(k) plans
- Stable employment history (2+ years in each of the last few roles)
- Must work onsite; candidates should live within 40 minutes of the Telge Road area in Houston
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, highly preferred
Human Resources Manager – Must Haves
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Oversee ADP payroll and administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, defined benefit, 401k)
- Partner with staffing/employee leasing agencies to meet production staffing needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employment law, and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support workforce training and safety program initiatives
- Improve and scale HR processes in alignment with company growth
Human Resources Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in fast-growing or lean manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics
- Background managing HR for teams with a high percentage of leased or temporary employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the workforce
- Comfortable operating as the primary HR lead in a stand-alone HR function
