Intaso is partnering with a global, SaaS product company to help provide key resources who will design, develop and lead an Insider Threat program. This opportunity is a direct/full-time opening where our client hiring for an experienced Insider Threat Lead or Manager. This is a critical role for the North American region that will function as the Tier 3 point of escalation.

Vitals:

• Must be near Austin, TX metro. Hybrid schedule that requires work out of Austin a few times a month.
• Base Salary: $180,000 to $200,000
• Performance Bonus 20%: $36,000 to $42,000

Requirements for a Cyber Threat Defense & Response Manager:

• 10+ years of professional experience leading hands-on threat analysis and hunting activities as well as hands-on security incident response and digital investigations in large-scale, high-traffic environments
• 5 years of cybersecurity leadership experience of a team responsible Insider Threat program, a Security Operations Center (SOC) threat and monitoring program, or a Cyber Security Engineering Team.
• In-depth understanding of threat analysis, hunting and management as well as security incident response protocols
• Familiarity with NIST and/or MITRE security frameworks preferred.
• Maintain an industry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Bachelor s degree in a technology related field of study, or equivalent experience
