Primary Purpose
Sempra Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Manager for its Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This role involves leading the Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cyber Threat Hunting, Incident Detection & Response, and Digital Forensics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and strategic vision, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, including threat intelligence, incident response, and data analytics. Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as SIEM systems and user behavior analytics, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop team members; foster a collaborative environment; set goals and monitor performance.
- Allocate resources efficiently and stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Oversee daily security operations, monitor networks/systems, and manage incident response teams.
- Analyze security logs, develop cybersecurity rules, and operate security technologies.
- Manage incident lifecycle, conduct threat simulations, and develop data analytics strategies.
- Coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents and utilize advanced tools for threat detection and analysis.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration and Compliance
- Work with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure a cohesive cybersecurity approach.
- Establish relationships with internal and external groups; generate reports; disseminate threat intelligence.
Leadership and People Management
- Lead cross-functional teams; inspire stakeholders; manage performance, training, and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 8+ years in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles.
- 3+ years managing cybersecurity functions in complex IT environments.
- Technical expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, SIEM, network security, UEBA, and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NERC CIP, IEC 62443).
- Experience managing diverse technical teams and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in the energy industry.
- Master's Degree in Cybersecurity or IT Management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA; technical certifications (GCIA, GCIH, CEH, etc.).
