Requirements:
Attend a 38-week paid training program to gain skills andcertifications in communication operations, electromagnetic spectrumcontrol systems, communication network operations, frequencyfunctionality, energy functionality, and frequency manipulation.
Advanced certifications require additional fully funded trainingprograms.
