United Clearing Services, founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming to utility companies across Texas. We specialize in trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation around utility infrastructure to reduce the risk of damage from wind, rain, rot, and overgrowth. We are currently hiring a Field Supervisor to manage and support crew operations across multiple sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

🛠️ Top Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach crew members in the field

• Lead daily safety briefings and communicate job changes

• Monitor and report on safety, quality, and productivity

• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safety compliance

• Resolve field issues and support customer needs

📋 Top Qualifications:

• 18+ years old with valid driver's license

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• 1–2 years of proven experience supervising field crews, preferably in vegetation management

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel to multiple job sites

⚠️ Work Environment:

• Full-time role with 10–12 hour shifts

• May require up to 7 days/week during storm season

• Physical work including lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, climbing, and kneeling

• Weekend and holiday availability required
