LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential employer seeking an Accounts Payable Vendor Management Specialist to support vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance, and Procure-to-Pay operations. This position is ideal for an AP professional who enjoys working with vendor data, compliance processes, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor setups, updates, and maintenance requests
• Review vendor documentation, tax forms, and banking information
• Ensure accurate vendor records across ERP systems
• Partner with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to resolve vendor-related issues
• Perform data validation, duplicate reviews, and compliance checks
• Support audit requests and internal control requirements
• Assist with vendor onboarding and system-related initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, Supplier Onboarding, or Procure-to-Pay experience
• Experience working within ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, Coupa, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of vendor documentation, payment information, and AP processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Degree not required
