US Consumables Finance is looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role directly supports the senior leadership team within the US Consumables Product Family, reporting to broader North America Stores.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders including category finance teams, other FP&A teams, Supply Chain, and Consumables leadership. Experience in high-visibility roles, comfort in presenting to senior leadership, strong business judgment, and retail experience are preferred. Key job responsibilities
- Drive core financial processes including Month End Close, Annual Operating Plans, Long-range Strategic Plans, and Business Reviews.
- Develop and refine scalable Financial Reporting Models.
- Execute ad-hoc analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and COGNOS to provide insights and improve performance reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Recommend, develop, and implement policies to enhance profitability.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent experience with quantitative roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges with financial models and analysis.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL, experience with large-scale data tools like SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and owning reporting mechanisms.
