Loyalty Marketing Manager [209805]

Aquent is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Loyalty Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for a leading healthcare client. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-level marketing strategy while leading cross-functional teams to meet ambitious business goals. You will leverage consumer insights and marketplace analysis to develop breakthrough ideas and oversee project deliverables across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop situation assessments and provide key insights to support the development of marketing plans and business cases.

• Brief Leadership: Contribute to strategic marketing briefs and lead the creation of detailed tactical briefs for creative and media teams.

• Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing deliverables, maintaining project schedules and status reports to ensure launch deadlines are met.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners across Digital, Operations, Corporate Communications, Media, and Legal to ensure organizational alignment and field readiness.

• Measurement & Optimization: Utilize analytics reports and tools to measure campaign success, identify key learnings, and continually optimize marketing activities.

• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze the marketplace to develop and present competitive analysis reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in direct and digital marketing, managing programs across a range of paid, owned, and earned media channels.

• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to drive a vision and facilitate stakeholders to achieve clear, data-driven objectives.

• Analytical Proficiency: Experience partnering with reporting and analytics teams to ensure tactical plans align with broader business goals.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration, facilitation, and change management skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience delivering results for Fortune 500 companies.

• Specific experience in Retail Marketing and/or Loyalty Programs.

• Deep expertise in marketing measurement tools and reporting methods.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.33 to $42.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
