Financial Analyst

- Prepares and consolidates monthly revenue trends, sales KPIs, sales trends
- Assists in preparing monthly and annual financial metrics for strategic growth initiatives
- Presents Sales performance reports, including variances, KPIs, and business insights
- Identifies risks and opportunities, and proactively recommends actions
- Evaluates Growth KPIs to track business performance
- Partners with Finance and Sales to align financials metrics with operational goals and strategies
- Performs rolling forecasts based on market and operational inputs
- Supports the consolidation and analysis of annual budgets
- Conducts ad-hoc financial and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and business decisions
- Drives enhancements to financial models, reporting processes, and planning systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality
- Utilizes ERP and BI tools to gather and analyze data
- Helps streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiencies
- Ensures data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis, finance or related
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a regional/global finance team
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
