Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of financial management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across various locations.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Masters degree or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
