Interim Chief Financial Officer

E78 Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team for an interim role. This role is a critical component for our client's financial leadership, requiring strong financial acumen, recent public company accounting experience, and a preference for candidates with manufacturing and distribution industry experience. As an Interim CFO, you will be pivotal in driving our company's financial strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the company's growth and sustainability.
2. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.
4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support the company's operations and investments.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and implement risk management practices.
6. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
7. Manufacturing and Distribution Focus: Utilize your experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a public company.
• Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution industry practices.
• Proven track record of effectively leading finance teams and implementing financial best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
