Financial Analyst I (Hybrid)

This role has a hybrid work schedule and would require 2 days in the office. PURPOSE OF THE JOB - To prepare a wide variety of financial and business analyses for financial and general management. The analyses must include assessments, observations, recommendations and summaries to assist management in taking appropriate actions and decision making. To direct, coordinate and consolidate the forecast, annual plan, strategic plan, and report actual results. BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE - Educational background should include a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting / Finance, MBA is desirable . years professional work experience. Must be familiar with accounting principles as applied to profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital expenditure evaluations. Strong analytical and communicative skills--ability to analyze and communicate variances to management. Ability to manage multiple assignments, have good judgement, and prioritize time.
