Job Description

We are in search of an Executive Chef with at least 3 years of experience in large banquets, concessions, catering, or venue operations. If you are hungry to create a great culture in a fast paced and operationally diverse environment, we want to talk to you!


Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, hire, correct staff
  • Assist in managing the P&L, inventories, ordering, costs
  • Ensure all local health codes are enforced with compliance
  • Communicate consistently and timely with clients

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Must have leadership level experience of at least 3 years in catering, banquets, or concessions or restaurants
  • Able to handle a fairly large staff and complex operation
  • Personable, Polished, Confident Leader, Humble, Open Minded
  • Clean records, no DUIs
