As the Vice President of Finance and Administrative, you will oversee Finance, Accounting, and Administrative departments. You will ensure that accounting reporting systems and procedures are in compliance with established corporate and business unit policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing business advice to Business Unit President and other Department Leaders.
  2. Preparing monthly forecasts and semi-annual business plans.
  3. Participating in Division Operations meetings.
  4. Reviewing business unit's monthly financial statements and budgets on an as-needed basis.
  5. Leading and supporting various initiatives and financial cultural changes.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university; budgeting experience; supervisory experience; eight plus years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate residential accounting.
