Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across departments to drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency. The position emphasizes project performance analysis and inventory insights, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project and sales teams to analyze project costs and performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Generate and interpret inventory reports, including metrics such as usage rates and turnover.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare comparative financial analyses and ad hoc reports for leadership.

Skills Needed:

• Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle) particularly in report and query writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
