Site Human Resources Manager

Pasadena, TX | Direct Hire | Fully Onsite

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 + Annual Bonus Eligibility

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing company to identify aSite Human Resources Manager for its Pasadena, Texas facility. This is a high-impact HR leadership opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys working closely with plant leadership, driving employee engagement, navigating complex employee relations matters, and shaping workforce strategy within a manufacturing environment. The Site Human Resources Manager will serve as the lead HR business partner for the site, supporting both hourly and salaried employees while partnering with operational leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth and organizational performance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary HR leader and trusted advisor for the manufacturing site
  • Lead payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
  • Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Partner with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives
  • Drive onboarding, retention, and employee experience programs
  • Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support business decisions
  • Partner with corporate HR teams and Centers of Excellence to implement company programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, chemical, refinery, or production environments
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience
  • Experience managing payroll processes and HR operations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using HR metrics and analytics to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience working within a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting growth initiatives, organizational change, or site expansions
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms
