Responsibilities:
- Reporting and month-end activities, including leading/assisting with month-end close activities such as accruals, ensuring accuracy, and validating with relevant business partners
- Preparing accurate and insightful monthly/quarterly reports for Retail and Corporate teams
- Developing reporting packages with executive-level explanations of operational results and market trends
- Conducting monthly variance analysis to understand key P&L performance drivers
- Acting as a trusted financial partner, assisting with market research, analysis, and decision support
- Driving business improvement through operational result analysis and trend identification
- Developing DCF models for growth opportunities and creating detailed business cases
- Supporting budgeting processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts
- Participating in ad hoc projects and supporting other teams with information needs
Requirements:
- Professional Accounting Designation, MBA, CFA, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with month-end close activities, including accruals
- Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream) and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
