Manager, Supply Chain Finance

DescriptionExciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company positioning itself to be a leader (multi-billion plus company) in energy export in a few years! Our client is looking to add a Manager, Supply Chain Finance. The role will be in office Downtown and offer excellent compensation and benefits package including unlimited PTO and fully paid health care for employee and family. 💰• Partner with and influence functional area experts to establish annual operating plans, ongoing monthly forecasts and related KPIs, and perform ad hoc analysis• Lead cross-functional key stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Project Mgmt., IT) to ensure groups are aligned around key financial and operational objectives• Manage executive level reporting for performance monitoring and reporting for field teams to meet business and operational needs• Analyze inventory flow and impacts to supply chain and adjust if necessary to optimize SC efficiency• Define key inventory, procurement and sourcing targets and drive processes to meet targets• Analyze variances in financial and operational drivers• Become the Finance lead for all aspects of company's sourcing, supply chain and operations initiatives.• Responsible to drive cost productivity, CAPEX, working capital, and fixed asset controls across all manufacturing sites and warehouses• Support development of supply chain finance policies and procedures• Participate in SAP ERP and Coupa refinement including testing, training development and business process refinement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field5-7 or more years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance or Financial Planning & AnalysisDemonstrated understanding of key financial concepts, including but not limited to, financial statements, cash flow, net present value, and return on investmentExperience working with procurement, operations and project team members on development and analysis of cost standardsAbility to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsExperience working for Energy/construction companies strongly preferredJob typePerm
