The Opportunity

You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of a premier boutique landscaping firm, ensuring every crew and project is primed for excellence. This role offers you the chance to drive operational efficiency while upholding the high-quality standards of a company with over two decades of local heritage. You will have the autonomy to solve real-time challenges and the support of a dedicated team focused on professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily schedules for installation crews and maintenance routes to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and time.
  • Coordinate daily logistics to ensure all materials, equipment, and supplies are staged, loaded, and delivered to the correct job sites on time.
  • Review work orders and project scopes to align crew assignments, scheduling, and material needs with job requirements.
  • Verify job readiness by ensuring correct materials, quantities, and specifications are prepared in alignment with project plans and company quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on staged materials and periodically on job sites to ensure work meets company standards and expectations.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager and Crew Leaders to align scheduling, logistics, and execution with quality and timeline goals.
  • Support crew leaders with morning dispatch and load-outs, ensuring crews are fully prepared for the day's work.
  • Coordinate and adjust schedules in real time to address delays, weather impacts, or priority changes while minimizing downtime.
  • Identify and proactively resolve issues that could impact scheduling, job quality, or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of materials, equipment, crew assignments, and job progress within Aspire.
  • Ensure yard organization and staging areas support efficient scheduling, dispatch, and overall operations.

Additionally, all employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:

  • Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
  • Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, scheduling, or field support in the landscaping industry
  • Proven ability to schedule crews and manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of landscape operations, including installation and/or maintenance workflows
  • Experience translating work orders and project scopes into material, labor, and scheduling needs
  • Proficiency with Aspire or similar field service management software (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve in real time and adjust schedules due to weather, delays, or changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between field crews and management
  • Ability to prioritize quality and job readiness, not just speed and scheduling
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (yard + field support as needed)
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs. and assist with loading/staging when required
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
  • Valid Texas Driver's License preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
