We're seeking a Full-Time Director of Business Operations located at our Corporate Office in Victoria.

This role provides leadership for YMCA finance and business operations, overseeing accounting practices, fiscal records, and financial reporting. The director ensures strong internal controls, maintains fiscal health, manages external audits, and prepares information for outside funders. Additional responsibilities may include leadership in human resources and information technology services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • At least three years of related accounting experience
  • Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computerized accounting systems and standard business software
