Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor– HVAC&Home Services

ARS is hiringOutside Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors)to help homeowners upgrade their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. If you thrive in aone-call close, in-home residential sales environment, this is a high-income opportunity withno cold calling, no canvassing, and uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners atpre-set, warm sales appointments

• Present solutions forHVAC system replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality products

• Perform in-home evaluations, includingattics and crawl spaces

• Build trust through consultative, customer-focused sales

• Close sales in aone-call close residential environment

• Travel throughout your assigned territory in acompany-provided vehicle

Compensation&Benefits

• Background inskilled trades or home services sales, such as:

  • Windows, Siding, Kitchens&Baths, Security, or similar industries

• Strongcommunication, presentation, and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with astrong work ethic and closing mindset

• Willingness to workflexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to passpre-employment drug screening and background check

• Some locations may require prior HVAC-specific sales experience
