Customer Service Representative

Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives at a local client in Houston, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide responsive customer service and technical support while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing orders and shipments, handling RMAs/returns, maintaining records in the Data Works system, and supporting both domestic and international customers as needed. Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 1+ years' customer service experience

· Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with strong accuracy skills

· Reliable transportation required

· Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering excellent customer service

Training Schedule:

• Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weeks 2–3: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Week 4: Transition to assigned schedule

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
