EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager for our Health Care Consulting Group. In this role, you will focus on client service projects pertaining to Hospitals and Medical Centers, Physician Practices and Networks, Government Entities, and Accountable Care Organizations. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing large, multi-faceted client projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop client delivery strategies that drive profitability and foster long-term relationships through quality delivery, innovative solutions, and insights
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, develop detailed plans, estimate effort and resources, and ensure timely delivery
- Assess and improve RCM processes to enhance reimbursement, reduce denials, and decrease days in A/R; lead RCM transformation projects such as workflow redesign, technology implementation, or vendor optimization
- Provide excellent client service, identify opportunities for additional services, and support business development activities including relationship development, proposals, and negotiations
- Build and maintain a growth pipeline, gather referrals, and stay informed on firm's service lines and market conditions
- Report to Advisory leadership on client engagement status, risks, issues, and opportunities with proactive solutions
- Occasionally work extended hours or travel to different firm offices and client locations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in a management or supervisory role
- 8+ years of related healthcare management consulting or healthcare financial and operations experience
- Revenue Cycle Management experience
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Master's Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field (preferred)

The expected salary range for NYC and California is $120,000 - $200,000, with variations in other regions based on market and experience.
