Position Summary

The Manager of Employee Experience enhances workplace culture by fostering engagement, well-being, and recognition, while driving continuous improvement and aligning employees with Empower's mission to expand access to affordable, innovative healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the execution of Empower's employee experience strategy throughout the entire employee journey to deliver world-class programs, recognition and support to Empower Pharmacy employees.
  • Manages dynamic programs and initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture; ensures employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's values and mission.
  • Manages the creation and administration of employee experience surveys; conducts focus groups; analyzes employee experience survey data to facilitate action planning and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define employee experience and remote work drivers and align them to achieve employee engagement, retention and satisfaction outcomes.
  • Manages and develops initiatives that promote a holistic employee well-being strategy, including programs for physical, mental, and emotional health, such as health and fitness, stress management, financial management, work-life balance, Employee Assistance Programs.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven success implementing employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders, SMEs.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in talent development, learning and development and/or employee experience or engagement. Experience managing people or projects, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
