Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner

Overview:
A well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty practice in beautiful Venice, Florida, is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 3 years of post-training experience in rheumatology. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a collaborative work environment and the chance to live on Florida's Gulf Coast.

• Full-time, permanent role

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Join a collaborative, multi-specialty team

• Diagnose and treat autoimmune and rheumatologic disorders

• Perform joint injections and aspirations

• Order/interpreting tests, develop management plans, and counsel patients

• Contribute to overall practice development

• Board-certified NP or PA

• Minimum of 3 years post-training experience in rheumatology

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license (APRN for NPs)

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate approach to chronic care patients

• Up-to-date on rheumatology treatments and best practices
