Restaurant / Floor Manager Responsibilities

Restaurant / Floor Manager Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-service, upscale casual restaurant management experience.
• Direct experience participating in and executing upscale service training programs, including refined service standards, elevated hospitality, and guest engagement expectations.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Charismatic, with a personality that shines like a Brand Ambassador.
• Skilled in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
• Comfortable working late nights and managing closing shifts (approximately 1AM).
• Experience managing private and semi-private events.
• Expertise in sanitation practices and food handling compliance.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Team builder with a collaborative spirit.
