The Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports hardware and software deployed within the Harris Health system via the IT Customer Service Center. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. Education/ Specialized Training/ Licensure:Two (2) year degree/certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience:One of the Following is preferred:Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA)2. Work Experience (Years and Area):4 years within I.
