Reporting to the AVP, Document Management, this position analyzes loan documents, ensuring the integrity and compliance of all mortgage documentation. This role is responsible for scrutinizing complex financial documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and enhancing the documentation processes.

This position requires a strong level of analytical acumen and meticulous attention to detail, as they are expected to prepare detailed reports and summaries of document findings and status updates for management. The Document Analyst will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our loan processing, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the mortgage industry, and positively impact document management operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required
  • 2+ years' experience in mortgage document management roles required
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services or mortgage industry
  • 3+ years' experience in a document analysis role
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior experience successfully managing analysis-related projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise good judgment

Compensation
  • The hiring range for this position is between $53,040.00-$62,067.20 annually
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
