Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive and professional customer support via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Accurately process orders, track shipments, coordinate returns, and manage billing inquiries
• Maintain documentation and internal records aligned with production, fulfillment, and logistics teams
• Support administrative workflows including data entry, document formatting, internal reporting, and file maintenance
• Update ERP systems and monitor order statuses to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot client issues and provide proactive solutions

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and administrative support within a manufacturing environment (construction supplies preferred)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP platforms
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Reside in Dallas TX, Harrisburg PA, or regions across the East Coast/Midwest
