Role Purpose Statement

The Manager Operations II is responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance across multiple functions to drive efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence. This role will oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Main Accountabilities

Business Strategy, Policies and Tools

• Lead the execution ofCSC planning, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
• Enforce compliancewith corporate policies and CSC directives, maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Managing Business

• Providedata-driven insightsto support the development of theannual business plan and budgetfor the CSC.
• Implementshort-term operational planning, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Oversee theeconomic and operational performanceof the CSC, ensuring efficient management in line with corporate frameworks and evolving market demands.
• Oversee and drive operational success across multiple departments that operate daily, 365 days,&24 hours.
• Optimize thedeployment of human, technical, and material resources, ensuring productivity and operational excellence.
• Ensure timelyprocurement and availability of materialsrequired for seamless CSC operations.
• Standardizework methodsin alignment with company protocols and customer contractual obligations.
• Initiate and overseeCapex requests, ensuring strategic investments align with business needs and growth objectives.
• Drivecontinuous process optimization, identifying and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Ensurefull compliancewith safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations, adhering to both corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Fosterclear communication and collaborationacross all internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational synergy.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• In addition, five to seven years of experience in related field required
• Experience in managing multiple departments concurrently.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
