Job Title: Patient Access RepresentativeLocation:Onsite - West Houston (Memorial Area)Contract Length:3 months with potential for extensionSchedule:Monday to Friday, full-time onsitePosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Access Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in supporting front-office operations in a fast-paced medical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systemsEnsure compliance with medical necessity requirementsVerify patient insurance eligibility and benefitsAccurately post patient payments and handle basic billing tasksProvide excellent customer service to patients and staffMinimum QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GED preferredLicenses/Certifications:None requiredExperience:Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plusEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
