The Will Call Clerk will be responsible for providing customer service and efficient order fulfillment to independent customers. The Will Call Clerk will interact with independent customers, professionally handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating customer order pickup and processing customer payment. The Will Call Clerk will collaborate with Commercial and Procurement teams to fulfil customer orders and understand seasonal offerings of commodity products. The Will Call Clerk will be responsible for using the warehouse voice recognition system and electric pallet jacks to accurately select product per customer order specifications.
