The Clerk-Mail position maintains the proper distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail along with shuttle service and courier service .. Sorts and distributes mail (incoming US Mail, interoffice, inter-institutional) for hospital and suburban hospitals by department, location and category 2. Operate Mailing Equipment: mailing machines, scales, folder, and accounting system 3. Drives the Shuttle 4. Perform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles 5. Mail Window: gives customers (patients, visitors, employees, physicians, executives, etc.) postal information, operates mailing machines, cash registers, and window report 6.
