Forklift Operator

About the Role As a DHL Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse. You'll operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials, contributing to the smooth flow of our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve goods. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, and containers. Material Handling: Transport materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of material movement. Order Fulfillment: Pick and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing appropriate safety equipment. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any malfunctions. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movement and equipment operation. Qualifications Valid forklift operator certification.
