Responsibilities:
Operate the Center in compliance with the Texas Minimum Standards
Effectively Manage staff
Interact with Parents
Ensure that the Educational Curriculum is being implemented
Must be flexible
Qualifications
Previous experience as a daycare assistant director
Strong understanding of child development
Must exhibit a strong level of Professionalism
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
First aid/CPR certified a plus, but can be taken before being in the classroom
