Analyst - DOT Compliance

Member of a staff of professionals working within the DOT Compliance team responsible for Federal and State pipeline permitting and licensing, Texas Railroad Commission (TXRRC) Critical Infrastructure (CID) submissions and filings, PHMSA Notifications and State and Federal fee and penalty payments. This role requires and offers a unique opportunity to have routine interaction with numerous external agency partners as well as internal groups that include Legal, Right-of-Way, Operations, Pipeline Integrity, GIS, Engineering & Construction, Commercial, Plant Accounting, and Business Development, among others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure company maintains compliance with State and Federal Regulatory Agency permitting and licensing Coordinate, file, and maintain operating permits and organization reports with various State and Federal Regulatory Agencies Responsible for maintaining Company TXRRC T-4 permitting and P-5 organization reports.
