Position Overview:
The Organizational Change Manager will lead and support change management and strategic communications for enterprise-level projects, developing and activating strategies to help departments navigate change while engaging key stakeholders throughout the process. This role partners with colleagues to craft effective change communication strategies and plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams on various projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external groups to formulate change management plans and activities that support enterprise-level projects and releases.
Develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages in clear, concise language using a variety of communication tactics.
Research, write, edit, and measure all types of communication materials to ensure clarity and impact.
Analyze target audience groups and develop tailored tactics that align with project strategies to deliver the right information through the appropriate channels.
Establish and continually refine best practice guidelines for communication and engagement.
Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams—including representatives from Legal, HR, Finance, and Communications/Public Affairs—to ensure alignment on project and messaging needs.
Plan and coordinate information sharing across the organization, including quarterly communications forums.
Work with the Training Manager to update training materials based on new projects and releases.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or change management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proven ability to develop and draft clear, compelling communications, translating complex information into relevant, timely, and valuable content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze and use data to improve internal communications efforts.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and work streams from start to finish.
Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work within tight deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and focus.

Automatic Disqualification:

Preferences
Education:
Change Management Certification (PROSCI, Kotter, ADKAR)
Experience:
5 years experience with large scale transformation projects
Experience developing and executing effective change communications strategies.
Background in the technology industry or advisory work within technology environments.
High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Confidence in thinking creatively to solve challenges
General Information
Location:

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day at home after 90 days.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
