Group Reservations Coordinator - Hilton Americas Houston

As Group Reservations Coordinator, you will perform routine procedures in order to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction and will work to develop future and repeat business opportunities in groups. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Works with the revenue team to set up pricing and inventory for groups utilizing On. Q and ensuring accuracy. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
