Purpose of the Job
As the Manager, Partner Channel Marketing, you will identify and evaluate new partner opportunities, enhancing i-PRO's visibility and fostering a favorable company image. You will have specific responsibility for Partner Channel areas across the organization. You will manage all aspects of partner relationships, executing robust plans and sales enablement tools to ensure the profitability and growth of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, internal customers, and third-party technology companies.
- Work with the Global Marketing organization to strategically develop and implement Partner Channel plans.
- Strategically communicate with partners, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
- Analyze market trends, attend industry conventions and events, and drive marketing and sales programs. Ensure that our partners operate as an extension of our sales teams through sales enablement, technical training, demand generation, and business planning.
- Collaborate closely with sales staff and key organizational peers to understand our partners and their challenges.
- Develop strategies and create successful programs that support our business objectives and the sales organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in B2B Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing Partner Channel Marketing.
- Experience developing and implementing comprehensive channel marketing plans.
- Experience with adhering to a corporate brand.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proven marketing experience on different digital platforms.
- Experience with leading and managing team members.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, strongly self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
