KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Analyst Relations to join our Advisory Strategy & Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key industry analysts, including a regular schedule of interactions
- Organize and participate in briefings, interviews, and events with analysts to effectively communicate our firm's strategy, investment roadmaps, and market positioning
- Provide insights and feedback from analysts to internal teams to support internal decision-making processes
- Actively seek insights from analysts on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, as well as analyst thought leadership in support of market development and business planning
- Present to leadership and other internal teams on analyst relations activities, progress against goals, and market/analyst perceptions
- Promptly update analyst relations portal content, CRM databases, and other archives shared by the AR team or with internal stakeholders as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of recent experience in analyst relations, advisory, industry analysis/research, marketing, media relations or corporate communications with a minimum of ten years professional services experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or a related field
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and results
- Solid understanding of professional services, IT services; ability to articulate that with external clients
- Excellent internal and external client relationship management skills and solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate from a remote location with global contacts, both inside and outside of KPMG
- Enthusiastic presence, highly responsive and collaborative; team player with the ability to earn trust and respect
