We're seeking a passionate, bilingual Assistant Director to support school leadership, inspire educators, and partner with families. This role will play a key part in ensuring our schools run smoothly, while helping children thrive in an environment that celebrates culture, language, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor teachers through training and coaching
• Partner with the Director on operations, enrollment, and marketing
• Ensure classrooms are safe, inspiring, and compliant with state standards
• Build strong relationships with families and staff
• Oversee curriculum support and implementation
• Help drive the growth and success of a brand-new school

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English (read, write, speak)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education/related field
• 4+ years in a licensed childcare facility (ages 6 weeks–5 years)
• Knowledge of TX Minimum Standards
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred

The pay range for this role is $46,000 - $50,000 USD per year (Midtown).
