Machine Operator Second Shift

Performs various activities on the production line, ensuring raw material hoppers are filled, molds are supplied & loaded with mud, fabric applied, and boards cut, in a fast-paced continuous environment. Goal is to safely keep the production line running by checking product quality and monitoring the equipment. Qualifications & Skills. Must be able to work safely. Able to comprehend safety and job training instructions. Must be detail oriented. Needs to be a self-starter, taking the initiative. Willing to change and can adapt to different roles Flexibility. Must be able to quickly think and react, as issues arise on the continuous production line. Able to multitask. Must be team-oriented, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with peers. Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required. Education - High School Diploma or GED. Able to read and write. Experience 3 to 6 months, minimum, manufacturing, or production type experience, required.
