HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementing, populating, administering and maintaining Pattern's primary employee data base; ensuring all employee records are compliant, complete, accurate, and up to date for all end-users and systems for which it supports, company-wide. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for creation of and providing reports, documentation, and correspondence, as requested, utilizing the data housed within HRIS. Key Accountabilities. Fully utilize HR software to the company's advantage. Manage the Employment lifecycle within employee records and databases: ensuring that all on-boarding, termination and employee administration across all platforms is appropriately collected and managed in a timely and legally compliant manner.
