Position: Director of Marketing
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 with additional Bonus
Onsite Logistics: 5 days onsite
Location: Houston
Reports To: Managing Partner
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead all firm-wide marketing initiatives. This role will own brand development, lead generation strategy, vendor management, and team oversight to help position their firm as a market leader in personal injury.
You'll work hand-in-hand with leadership to shape and amplify the firm's story, build a scalable marketing infrastructure, and improve cost-effective lead flow.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute multi-platform marketing strategies (digital, social media, billboard, referral relations, etc.)
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for all campaigns and vendors
- Align marketing goals with overall business growth targets
Brand Development
- Manage and evolve firm branding to ensure consistency across all channels
- Manage reputation and referral relationship strategies.
- Ensure messaging resonates with target clients in competitive PI markets
Lead Generation
- Optimize campaigns for case generation through SEO, PPC, and referral pipelines
- Improve intake conversion rates by refining lead capture strategy
- Analyze cost-per-lead/case and make data-driven decisions
Digital & Vendor Oversight
- Supervise external agencies (social, PR, advertising, creative development) and marketing budget.
- Oversee content strategy, web performance, and social media presence
- Improve and scale ratings, rankings, and exposure in Google
- Lead internal marketing coordinator and ensure team efficiency
- Create and execute targeted case-type campaigns for specific locations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience in a legal or professional services setting
- Track record of leading personal injury or high-volume B2C marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Vendor management experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced certification a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs and intake systems like Litify, Filevine, or Lead Docket
- Oversight of $500K+ advertising budgets
- Understanding of legal marketing compliance and ethics
